Welcome to BERBER

BER Better Energy Rating performs building energy ratings for homes. We work with all types of dwellings, both existing buildings and those under development. Based in Dublin, we aim to provide a fast, effective, friendly and accurate service to provide a BER Certificate and Advisory Report. At the client's request, we can go beyond this to provide detailed, practical advice on how to improve the dwelling's energy rating in the form of an individualised Potential Improvements Report. Our objective at all times is to respect the great national and international need to reduce our society's impact on our physical world and at the same time to realistically balance these needs with lightening the loads on people's pockets. We are a Registered Assessor Company under the Building Energy Rating scheme operated by Sustainable Energy Ireland (SEI), the national agency which promotes and assists the development of sustainable energy.
